The grapefruit tree is a large tree that originated in Asia. Its name alludes to clusters of the fruit on the tree, which often appear similar to grapes. While its fruit are commonly called grapefruit, they are known botanically as pomelo. Grapefruit is the largest citrus fruit with a bittersweet taste. Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous syst.) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
